Croatia, with its unspoilt, dramatic and sweeping coastline is a hidden gem which took even some of our well-travelled guests by surprise. By day we drove the twists and turns of the stunning coast lines, by night we dined on fresh oysters amongst cypress trees and cathedrals of Dubrovnik’s old, town before crossing the border into Bosnia and then Montenegro.
