I’ve been either walking on the treadmill or with Presley around the neighborhood this week (can’t workout yet and that ok, it’s all apart of the process, this isn’t a race for me. I’m not trying to get in shape as fast I can...) I’m just taking the time I need to SLOWLY work my way there. Meal planning and walking have been my goals this last 1-2 weeks! This journey hasn’t been easy. I’m tired and I have less time than ever. Today was rather tough for us, Presley was very fussy most of the day which is new for her because she’s been relatively easy since the day we brought her home from the hospital but ONE DAY AT A TIME! I will get to where I want to be. I want to be MY best not only for me but for Presley and Jason!
