Good morning, Sunshines!!! It’s almost the time for the Houston pop-up!! 😻 I’ve been packing and decluttering my little heart out, but excited for this weekend!! Here’s a quick, classic, leg poppin workout to get your blood flowing , hope you guys enjoy!!

☀️Overhead DB Reverse Lunge 4x12 reps per leg
*by holding the weight overhead you get extra core focus! Sometimes my bs are sore the next day just from overhead movements so keep your core tight!!
☀️DB Romanian Deadlift 4x15 reps
☀️DB Step Ups 4x12 reps per leg
☀️Bulgarian Split Squats 4x15 reps per leg
*I kind of pulsed these out bc I was dying at this point outside and could not keep my balance for the life of me, so do as you can - Probably shouldn’t have saved these for last bc I HATE Bulgarian split squats but they work so well lol!
