You might have seen me make my QUICK version of a tuna salad not too long ago on my Insta story. But if you want to get more creative, there are plenty of ways you can mix things up:
✅ Add pasta instead - I usually use brown rice, but substituting it for pasta actually makes it taste completely different (I use penne pasta).
✅ Try different proteins - you can add salmon, prawns/shrimp or chicken for new flavours.
✅ Make a Greek salad with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, olives and add tuna. My go-to dressing for this is olive oil, dried oregano, balsamic vinegar, salt and cracked pepper.
✅ If you want to make something a bit fancy, this pic is of an amazing “deconstructed” Nicoise salad - tuna, boiled egg, olives, green beans, cucumber tomato and boiled potatoes (mine definitely doesn't look this pretty 🤣).
