TRY THIS LOWER BODY WORKOUT:
Equipment: weighted ball, dumbbells & barbell (can do at home or gym)
1) Ball Slams 4x12-15
2) Deadlifts 4x12-15 (keep back straight, chest up, neutral neck)
3) 4-2-1 Tempo squat holds 4x15-20 (4 seconds down, 2 second hold, 1 second up)
4) Alt lunge with weighted twist 4x16-20 reps or 8-10 each side (only perform if your balance is steady - use lightweight ball if pregnant)
5) Curtsy Lunges - 4x8 each side - only perform if you’re balance is steady - do body weight if adding weight is too challenging. ** Do not attempt pull up if you do not have previous upper body pull-up strength. Use assisted pull-up machine or exercise bands. Very challenging. Always protect baby and self from falling first. 💪🏾😘💕
