HOTEL HIIT WORKOUT 🔥
A challenging circuit to get you seriously sweaty and build cardiovascular fitness 💦 I am going to be doing more cardio training like this (as well as LISS) in the run up to my big hiking challenges in 2020! 🥾

➡️ Mountain Climber Burpees
➡️ 1 Squat Jump & 4 High Knees
➡️ Reverse Lunge & Knee Drive (one side)
➡️ Reverse Lunge & Knee Drive (other side)
➡️ V Sit Hold
(You can always take the jumps out of the lunges & squats to reduce the intensity and impact of the workout) 👍🏼
Simply set a timer for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off. Then complete 5 rounds back to back. 25 minutes of sweat 🥵
