I'm so excited I finally get to share this with all of you!!! Not one...but TWO new programs!! My brand new BBG Beginner and Post-Pregnancy programs are now LIVE in the @SWEAT app! Starting over with my training after having Arna has made me realise that a fitness journey has to BEGIN somewhere... I had literally never even considered that I would be a beginner again, but I'm now so grateful for everything I've been through - even the days where I was struggling and couldn't finish a workout. The experience has taught me SO much more about what women in the #BBGCommunity need from a training program if they are new to fitness... I thought I understood before, but I REALLY get it now!
