This routine includes the kind of the exercises I used to build and re-build the strength I needed in my back and shoulders to safely carry and care for Arna post-birth and is PERFECT for anyone wanting to work on their upper body posture.
✅Traps (back) - 30 sec
✅Pecs - 30 sec
✅Lats (sides) - 60 sec (30 each side)
✅Overhead Extension - 12 reps
✅Shoulder Rotation - 12 reps
✅Face Pull - 12 reps
