When I was starting out as a personal trainer, women would come into the gym and tell me they were scared to do a workout or too intimidated to even use the equipment. I would always try and encourage and support them, and BBG grew from me wanting women to feel confident, but since becoming a mum and having to start again, I get it in a whole new way now. I understand that feeling of beginning again, and that's why #BBGBeginner is so important to me. It gives women a program they can use as a beginner in fitness and builds strength and confidence from that point.⁣⁣

Whether you're a beginner in fitness or have been training for a long time, it's important to have a balanced approach to all muscle groups INCLUDING your upper body when working towards improving your overall fitness. ⁣⁣

✅ Four-Point Arm & Leg Extension - 12 reps (6 each side) ⁣⁣
✅ Seated Row (neutral) - 10 reps⁣⁣
✅ Tricep Dip - 10 reps ⁣⁣
✅ Chest Fly - 10 reps ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Set a timer for 7 minutes and see how many laps you can complete! To really feel the burn, complete the first circuit, take a 30-second rest and try another 7-minute circuit! ⁣⁣
