And they were gifts, so people weren’t expecting them. That’s where I got that mindset of giving people joy. I’ve rolled that into my work here at the gift shop. We give people a piece of joy, a piece of happiness. I like customer service. I like hearing customers say, ‘I knew I could count on you.’ Or, ‘we came here first to see if you could do it.’ And I like knowing that our items are a gift going out to make someone’s day.
