You guys! Wow what a decade. It’s been full of lots of lows AND highs.. both I’m grateful for.❤️
.
I started to write down the big highs & lows for each year of the decade & what I learned..then realized it’s more of a book than a post.
.
But this I learned:

We need BOTH the highs & lows.
We can use both to GROW, gain wisdom, to appreciate what we DO have in, to PUSH us into making changes. To find a piece of us we have been missing or lost along the way.
.
Both taught me a little more about the kind of ppl I want as constants in my life & the things that I value most. Invaluable. .
A few of my Favorite things learned?

1.) To love & value myself over people pleasing.

2.) Achievements & failures never define us. Good or bad, it’s always changing.

3.) Actions speak much louder than any words will ever say.

4.) Surrounding myself with ppl who have integrity means more than any other quality. It starts there & there’s no exception.
5.) Love ALWAYS wins. ❤️🙏🏽
