This is a fun challenging lower body and core circuit! It’s the perfect at - home work out with your little. 👶🏼 If you don’t have a little nugget feel free to use your dog lol if you don’t have a dog use your plants 🌱 🤣 ...if you don’t have plants use your bodyweight.

Video 1 - Squats /
Video 2 - Plank Crunch with Left Lift
Video 3 - Glute Briges
Video 4 - Kneeling to Squat
Video 5 - Side Plank with Leg Lift
Video 6 - Jump Squat variation
- Preform each exercise for 12 reps or 40 seconds before moving onto the next! Then repeat this full circuit 3-4 times!

NOTE: if you are newly postpartum.. make sure you have your doctors clearance before performing any exercises! Also before holding your baby upright like this during any workout make sure they can hold up their held well by themselves. 😘#postpartumbody #babyworkout #babyp #athomeworkout
