I used to look in the mirror and feel in shape if my thighs didn’t touch. My idea of beauty was based on how many of my ribs I could see. Looking back now, I see how incredibly unhealthy and warped my idea of “healthy” was. Maybe my thighs touch now, and I can’t count my ribs but I feel so much HAPPIER living in this fab new body of mine 💕
