You could say that I’ve changed a fair bit over the past 7yrs - I’ve had surgery to GAIN weight and create womanly curves, almost half my body is now covered in tattoos and I’ve gone from my natural hair colour of dark blonde to being a redhead. I’ve also become a vegan bodybuilding professional and qualified in fitness, nutrition and wellbeing, thriving on helping others to live healthier happier and more meaningful lives. The picture on the left was taken during some of the hardest times in my life, when I was so hurt, stressed, sad and abused that I couldn’t eat, sleep or think straight - my appetite just switches off when my body goes into fight or flight mode. But going through struggles and coming out the other side of it has made me a stronger, more capable, well grounded and humble woman today and I will be forever thankful for the challenges that life provides me with and the lessons that each of them have taught me. One of my many tattoos is a Phoenix on my ribs rising from flames and soaring into the clouds - a reminder that life goes on and goodness prevails because we grow through what we go through.
