They say there will be a baby boom from so many at home with nothing to do, yet also a record amount of marriages and relationships ending because nobody has ever spent so much time trapped inside and anxious. People are expected to gain weight and feel depressed with mental health issues being exasperated. I’m sure there are many other side effects of having life put on hold for so many so long - but in this time of helplessness please know that you are not alone, we are in this together and we will come through it stronger, happier and with a better and healthier outlook on life. Eat well, exercise, read, learn something new and listen to the world around you. This has happened for a reason, let us recognise the change that is necessary in order to prevent anything like this from happening again.
