I thought I’d kick off my entrance into the land of Cameo by DONATING all of the proceeds coming in during my first week here to one of my favorite non-profits called @together.rising . I Love this group because they give 100% of all donations to people in need. Right now they are meeting the COVID crisis by doing a few things. They are giving to families who are struggling because they’ve lost their jobs and can’t pay their rent or feed their families. Folks in need apply for help on their website and the donations that come in are used to distribute to individuals and families who’ve been hit the hardest by the COVID crisis. They’ve also just sent $50,000 worth of PPE to healthcare workers fighting COVID-19 in under resourced health centers and free clinics.
