I’m Relishing the little joys and letting myself take them in and rest in them while all of the scary in the world continues to swirl around me. I have an anxiety spike at some point most days... anxiety for my family and for the world, for all of the folks struggling to breathe right now... for the health workers without the protective equipment they need... for the folks who have been laid off and don’t know where the next meal is coming from... for all of the fear that is just present when we step foot outside our homes to go to the grocery store. It’s a scary time and it’s a deeply sad time, but still- the sun rises and the sun sets. My kids laugh and play and give me squeeze hugs. The sun shines and the breeze makes the leaves on the trees dance. There will be another side to this terrifying moment. Deep breaths. In and out. We got this. ❤️❤️❤️」4月7日 3時11分
