This movement above is great for those looking to improve their posture, width, muscular endurance, and overall aesthetic. Try performing them with little to no weight at first and really get a feel for the squeeze in the mid back. Gradually increase the weight, but if you perform these correctly you’ll notice right away that extreme weight or expenditure isn’t needed to really reap the rewards. Go for 3-4 rounds and anywhere from 20 to 12 reps. Focus on the contraction and make it count! Seems like nowadays that’s what matters most...making it count no matter what the world throws at us!!
