There exists a sweet spot between high and low reps, an area where the art of #bodybuilding meets #science. Many people tend to do 100 reps of light weight curls, squats, etc. so that they do not become “too bulky”. Such high reps at a light load won’t create significant muscle growth. That high level of reps creates lactic acid buildup but not necessarily significant muscle growth. However, muscle growth can be obtained with sets x reps x load. There is a golden range where reps and load are optimized. You need a heavy enough load to create the necessary mechanical tension while stimulating the proper amount of hypertrophy. #LetsWORK!!!

SEATED DUMBBELL CURLS
✅Lay with your back against an incline setting on a bench.
✅Place arms down fully with tricep close to your body.
✅Curl the weight up as you twist your hand, as you curl up, lean to maintain tension.
✅Keep tension on the bicep, flex for 1 second, then return to the starting position.
✅Repeat for desired reps before switching hands
