•Conrtrol the eccentric (down).
• Squeeze at the peak contraction.
• Get a good stretch at the bottom.
• Switch up hand placement.

2.Incline DB curl: 8-10 reps x 2
3.Single arm DM Preacher: 8-10x2
4.Spider DB curl: 10 reps then a drop set. X 2.
