At 12 years old, @keedronbryant didn’t ask to be the voice of a revolution. But that voice is too good not to be noticed. On May 26, the day after the murder of George Floyd, Keedron released an a cappella version of a song written by his mother Johnnetta. "I Just Wanna Live" went viral, catching the attention of, among millions of others, Barack Obama, Lupita Nyong'o, and the people at Warner Records, who signed the young artist and, earlier today, released a studio version of his breakthrough single (with net profits going to the NAACP). At the link in our bio, Keedron talks about hope, change, and video games. ✒️@the_internest
