In honor of Father’s Day let me tell you a little bit about my dad AKA Stormin Normin. Growing up If wanted to watch TV I had to do 50 push-ups during commercial breaks. If I wanted to go over to a friends house it was 100 push-ups. It where I learned to love the physical challenges. He was the reason I was able to bench 225 lbs in the sixth grade. He was stubborn, hardheaded and made us work, like all good dads. There was no good reason to sleep in on Saturdays or to be inside on a nice day. At the time I didn’t like it, but looking back I’m so grateful to have had a dad that taught me how to work hard and that family comes first. HAPPY FATHERS DAY!
