・客室内のリモコン、館内案内等、客室内すべての備品を消毒
・客室内ミニバーの一時休止
・インルームダイニングはお客さまのご希望に合わせて入室の程度を調整し、フェイスシールド/手袋着用スタッフにより提供
・客室内の各備品の消毒の徹底、または新品と交換
・客室清掃員はマスク/手袋着用とし、清掃前後に手洗い/消毒を徹底
・ご出発後は客室内全体にオゾンを燻蒸し、消毒清掃を徹底したうえで、最終的にプロバイオティクス（善玉菌）を含んだ空気浄化剤を客室内で噴霧。

The Capitol Hotel Tokyu considers the health and safety of our guests and staff to be our highest priority and has formulated the following measures and guidelines.

- In-room dining services will be adjusted according to customers wishes to allow our staff’s entry into the room. Food will be provided by staff wearing surgical masks and gloves.
- All equipment in the room will either be thoroughly disinfected or replaced.
- Staff cleaning the room will wear surgical masks and gloves, as well as thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands before and after cleaning.
- The room will be fumigated with ozone, thoroughly disinfected and cleaned and lastly an air purifying agent containing probiotics (beneficial bacteria) will be sprayed in the room.
