Most noticeably I’ve change my hair colour from natural dark blonde with highlights to red and I absolutely love it! Where I’ve always been skinny, scrawny and even weak-looking as a lifelong vegetarian (despite having 2 children by the age of 25yrs) I am now a strong bodybuilding vegan and professional athlete - proof that you can gain strength and muscle mass with plant-based protein and nutrition. In these past 6yrs I’ve continued to be the kind soul that my parents have always raised me to be, continued to help others however possible, fundraise for charity, support small businesses that make a true difference to this world with my reach and enhanced my education, qualifications and career in journalism, nutrition and the fitness industry. I’ve seen the world, found love and lost love, made peace with myself as an individual and helped others to see true beauty from within. I’ve read hundreds more books, had thousands more experiences, met so many incredible people and made such beautiful memories along the way. The goal in life is not to remain the same and live in the past, it’s to maintain a good heart and soul whilst your body and mind grow, change and develop into the person that you are destined to be.
