Positive thoughts! Positive thoughts! Positive thoughts! To control them shows ownership and I think its safe to say that we all want to be able to say that we own our thoughts. To believe otherwise sounds kind of insulting. But as long as your thoughts are being developed and driven by an outside source (parents, social media, expectations put on by others) how can you say you own your thoughts?
