10 drills to spice up your life 😅⚡️💥🌶
1. Modified side plank with leg circles - 10 in each direction. Repeat on other side.
2. Glute bridge to crunch - 10 reps.
3. Single leg glute bridge with leg lever to knee drive. 10 reps each leg.
4. Kneeling diagonal reach to crunch. 10 reps each side.
5. Bear hold/plank/walk/tricep pushup - 10 reps (YOU’RE VERY WELCOME 😈)
6. Head lifted windmill - 10 reps (1 sweep L + R = 1)
7. Forearm plank to tricep press - 10 reps (do from knees if you need to modify)
8. Bear rocks to 90 degree abs - 10 reps (1 rep = 1 full combo on each side)
9. Head lifted split leg levers - 10 reps (1 rep = L + R extension)
10. Forearm plank with knee drive to hip drop (1 rep = L + R)
