The hotel isn't a stranger to a party and is situated next door to the Crazy Horse Saloon (which was, at one point, owned by Mr Neil Young) and legend has it that Young, Hendrix, The Doors and Mr Bob Dylan use to play their shows and then party at The Surfrider afterwards. The team have channelled that carefree spirit into their cocktails and on the menu this evening is a Negroni Surf Club. Mix it up with the instructions below (or if you are lucky enough to be local you can pop by and pick one up pre-bottled for your next beach picnic) Negroni Surf Club 1oz Amass Gin 1oz Campari 1oz Punt e Mes Pour ingredients into a glass cocktail mixer, with three cubes of ice, gently stir in a circular pattern for 30 seconds. Prepare 12oz rocks glass with a large single cube of ice, strain and pour negroni mix onto cube of ice in glass. Add freshly peeled orange or bergamot rind for a garnish.
