Today we are going to celebrate the talented @refugees whose art won UNHCR’s first ever Youth Refugee Art Contest. We received over 2000 amazing pieces of artwork from young people, including refugees, around the world. It was an honor to be on the judging panel with @creativeivorian, @miyavi_ishihara, @GhazalMia, and others. I was so inspired by the creativity, talent and imagination of these young artists, and so happy that they got to have their art animated! I’m excited to share some of my favorite pieces with you. When unity, strength and compassion are shown in the most creative ways, it confirms that we are all in this together.
