And thank goodness for the gift of holding space for our own selves too, where one can prioritize a quiet semblance of time to let the heart breathe, the mind clear and to redirect ourselves into colors, movement and possibility. A quiet presence goes so much further and deeper, in friendship and within ourselves. It may not be my answer to everything, but it often steers my thoughts and perspective in the direction I want to continue forth in, and that for me is most worthy of making time for. . . .
