BOOTY BURN 🔥 I’ve just uploaded a brand new YT all about glute activation and getting better & BIGGER booty gains faster!
Here is a booty burner workout that will complement what you learn from my YT 👌🏼☺️

3 Rounds
BEGINNER - 10reps each
INTERMEDIATE - 15reps each
ADVANCED - 20reps each
▪️SQUAT KICK BACK
Make sure you are pressing through your heels, squeezing knees OUT as you stand, and pulling belly button IN as you kick back.
▪️FIGURE 4 HIP LIFT
Press through your heel & aim to lengthen through the lower back (by drawing your belly button IN) to avoid over activating the low back + maximising glute activation.
▪️SIDE PLANK CLAM
My favourite glute exercise! Keep your hips pointing forward + stay strong in the bottom arm by pulling your shoulder away from your ear + pushing the ground away with your forearm.
