BEGINNER - 10reps of each
INTERMEDIATE - 15reps
ADVANCED - 20reps

▪️HIP LIFT HOLD TUCK + EXTEND
▪️ FROG HIP LIFT HOLD IN + OUT
(Start with feet together + hips lifted. Drop knees out while keeping hips up, then bring back in)
▪️SIDE PLANK LEG LIFTS + CIRCLES
Keep your body (and especially your pelvis) as still as you can. Do reps of lifts, then small circles forward then circles backward)
