Keep a shoulder width grip, breath in and brace the abdominals, keeping the back straight and chest up.
Lift the barbell straight up toward the chin. Pause slightly at the top of the lift and return the barbell back to the starting position.
Don’t perform this exercise quickly using momentum. Focus on your form. Beginners do 3 sets of 10 reps to start. Train Properly 💪
