I thought the way they handled the remote format was pretty close to perfect. I ended up feeling energized and inspired. Even better, there were speeches I could play the next morning for my kids! THIS is what leaders sound like. These are examples of people who my kids can look up to as role models. People who will put US citizens ahead of their own self interests. I feel like I need to caveat by saying these people aren’t perfect, because I can already see the comments that people will leave underneath this pic. But who amongst us is perfect??? I trust that Biden and Harris are trying to do the right thing. I believe they want their legacy to be saving our democracy as opposed to lining their pockets while we all go down in flames. I’m also pretty damn sure that during a pandemic, they will listen to science and read their f’ing briefing every morning. VOTE. Vote however you can. If you vote by mail, vote early. Vote for the people who will protect our neighbors, our nation and our earth for the next generation.
