Breakfast:
Avocado toast is one of the quicker and easiest dishes to make! Add a little sea salt and some chili flakes for a kick of flavor and you’re set!

Lemon, ginger & turmeric are great anti-inflammatories and I’ve been starting my morning off with these shots for years!

Lunch:

Salmon is a great source of healthy fats and protein! Pair that with some quinoa and top it with pesto and bon appetit!

Dessert:
Zero calorie zero carb zero sugar make you skinny m&ms! Just kidding. It’s a handful of peanut m&ms and although they aren’t the most nutritious in the book, a handful of m&ms keeps my sanity and soul kickin’ 😝 everything in moderation
