When it comes to collaboration, I know I learn the most from people with different opinions, approaches, and perspectives on a shared goal. ⁣ ⁣ I vow that I am an impartial teacher… but I would be lying if I said it didn’t make me so happy to have a fellow @stellaadler alum in the class, Theodosia Arcidiacono (a.k.a. Teddy). And yes, the elegance and grace of her name matches her personality completely! ⁣ ⁣ Part of making it, mastery, and being a multi-hyphenate is working through moments of imposter syndrome -- those moments when we doubt our ability and fear being exposed as a “fraud.” On this week’s episode of #MuseMonday on @ninemusesentertainment, Teddy explains how imposter syndrome is ultimately a distraction from finding and following the paths that lead us to personal fulfillment. She says, “I have always had a very specific goal and vision for my career. When prompted with the inevitable ‘what do you want to be’ question, a much smaller Teddy would always say, ‘I want to go to NYU or UCLA for Acting and Business so I can work in entertainment.’ But after finishing my studies at @NYUTisch and @StellaAdler, I had to take a step back and ask myself, ‘What next? How do I get from here to where I want to be?
