Winding down as the evening approaches and immensely looking forward to peaceful sanctuary within my creative space. It was a restful unplugged weekend which helped offset the bustle of a packed Monday filled with my least favorite logistical to-dos of adult life but the kind that nonetheless must be done. The positive of this is the sweet relief that comes afterwards and getting it off the plate at the start of the week. And the reward of hot tea, quiet time and acclimating myself to a cozy evening. I’m finding the need to make more of this happen in evening and weekend spaces and I have been intentionally honoring my own time limits within these pockets, which feels really good.
