There has been a lot of loss... people have lost their jobs, their homes, and most importantly, loved ones. However, people have also lost their sanity (I’m totally included in this Bc you know what, not every day in quarantine has been sunshine & rainbows, okay!). • My friends and I have been talking about the increased amount of hate on social media... I’ve also had my fair share of downright mean DMs... I’m not fit enough, I’m not skinny enough, I’m not being relatable enough, I think too highly of myself to send feet pics, you name it! • I find myself repeating the mantra, “Everyone’s just trying their best.” • It works... sometimes, but daaaang can we all just be kind to one another?! How much greater of place would Instagram and social media be if we just hyped people up!! • Honestly, I’m suggesting a social experiment that we all just become positive and encouraging on here to see if it brings a little more sunshine to this world!
