This year has been such a haze of highs and lows for me that I almost have to pinch myself right now to realise where I am at today - a million miles away from where I started this year and I’m so much healthier, happier and more confident than I ever imagined possible - I 100% needed to see and be shown everything that I was missing out on and sacrificing in life unnecessarily.
