Along the U.S.-Mexico border, near Chula Vista, California, this is customs and border patrol officer Fabian Carbajal. Most of the newly built wall consists of almost 30-foot-high, cement-filled steel bollards. Carbajal and his colleagues have shared that there are nearly 90 migrant arrests each day here.
