I had horrible fears, so I understand that frustrating feeling in the gym all too well. It’s not easy, but overcoming fear in gymnastics is possible and will give you more confidence and allow you to reach your full potential in the sport. • My goal is to give gymnasts the tools that will help them conquer fear in the gym. We a know gymnastics is more of a mental sport, so training your mind is VERY IMPORTANT to success both in and out of the gym. • This one hour zoom event is this Sunday, Oct. 4 from 7-8 PM ET.
