I used to try and fit workouts in when baby my was napping but that didn’t work...
checking the monitor nonstop + sometimes naps are only 20mins👀🙈

So I personally prefer making it a fun experience and having our baby watch!

Here are some things that help me GET THAT WEEEERKKK
🔥firstly be PROUD of yourself for trying👏 even if it’s only 10mins moving your body is so nourishing for mind and body
🔥Make sure baby is safe and comfy and can watch what you’re doing - trust me our baby loves seeing us move around and is learning from us too🙌
🔥A happy baby is a fed baby so ideally right before you intend to work out change their nappy (diaper) and feed them
🔥 Give then their fave toy to place with or teether to chew
🔥Play some fun music
🔥Mix it up, if baby gets bored in their chair etc take them out and squat with them or place them safely on your workout mat
🔥Most importantly involve them pull faces and be silly they will love it!

And yes my shorts and sports bra are @aerie #aeriereal 🤷‍♀️😂❤️
