Not everybody will behave the way you’d like them to, treat you the way you deserve to be treated nor realise what they have until it’s gone - unfortunately we can’t change that, we can’t wave a magic wand and make other people wake up and think and feel the exact same way that we do, progressing through life with love, compassion and understanding. But what we can do is accept that others actions are completely outside of our control, sometimes people are just people; humans make mistakes, let you down, hurt you and break your trust - it is what it is. Please do not take others actions personally nor see it as a reflection or failure of yourself - nobody ever deserves to be treated badly and the actions of others should never be allowed to decrease your worth or lower your self esteem. Let go of all negativity, hurt and distrust and instead recognise “it’s just how they are” and make the choice not to be around such energy.
