DUTCH OVEN NACHOS 🤤  This recipe is for a meal for two or appetizer for a group. It’s fully customizable and easy to make! All you need is a dutch oven  or deep skillet with a lid.  Ingredients:  • 1 bag tortilla chips  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice • 1 can black beans  • 1 can spicy tomato sauce or equivalent (we use El Pato hot tomato sauce) • 4-5 Green onions • 1-2 avocados, diced • Handful of cilantro leaves  • 1 tbsp cooking oil  Directions:  Lightly oil the bottom of your dutch oven or skillet with a small amount of cooking oil to prevent your nachos from sticking. Add a layer of 1/3 tortilla chips and top it with 1/3 can beans, tomato sauce, cheese, and a handful od onion, avocado, and cilantro. Repeat this for 2 more delicious layers.   Cover dutch oven and place on metal grill over campfire or stove. Let cook for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
