Negativity bias is a the genetically inheritance of surviving. But running in fear exacerbates the survival mode and predisposes you for more polarization, intense negative emotions and hardship. But you don’t have to be a victim to it all. You have the power to change the neurobiology of your brain and make some updates to your operating system.
_
Think about how many times you’ve brushed off the good and rehashed the bad. Imagine if we changed that and really let the good in and shrugged off the bad. Life would be, well, happier and more peaceful. Sign me up for that. And, if you haven’t realized it yet, this reprogramming if the mind is the true work of yoga.
