This is the recipe I use:  ✅ 250g tinned chickpeas, drained and rinsed ✅ ½ lemon, juiced ✅ 1 small handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped ✅ 1 garlic clove, crushed ✅ ½ tsp ground cumin ✅ ½ tsp ground coriander ✅ 2 tbsp wholemeal flour ✅ Salt and pepper, to taste ✅ 1 tbsp olive oil  Put all ingredients (except for the oil) in a food processor and blend until well combined.  Put the falafel mixture into a large bowl then shape the mixture into 6 falafel balls, then flatten them slightly between your hands. Cover and refrigerate the balls for 30 minutes.
