Sometimes I don’t know what to share with you here. Sometimes I doubt myself and wonder if anything I do really matters. Sometimes I feel a little lost and beside myself. Sometimes I feel uninspired about yoga and the whole culture around it.

But, I keep showing up. And slowly, it starts to make sense. Or at least, I can feel a kind spiritual logic that reveals itself to me in the lessons of life.
_
I’m a better person than I was 20 years ago before I started practicing yoga. But I’m also still essentially the same being. And this winding road that is often called “the path” is about coming home more than it is about anything else.

If I can say one thing to you it’s this—keep practicing. Things will all work themselves out one day.
