Now that my girls are in different schools, they don’t get to do the school commute together. I walk Harlow in one direction and Mike drives MAZZY in the other. MAZZY has never even seen Harlow’s new school. So the other day, when MAZZY happened to have the day off, she came with me to surprise Harlow at pick up. Literally hid behind a sandwich board across the street so she could pop out and surprise her. Harlow looks up to MAZZY so much, so seeing her big sister make this extra effort meant the world to her. It was the sweetest thing. Meanwhile, MAZZY could not believe how far we walk every day to school! (I’m just embracing the all caps MAZZY now 💁🏻‍♀️)
