DAY 2 PRE-THANKSGIVING 20 MIN HOME WORKOUT!

I’ll be posting a home 20 min circuit style workout with beginner, intermediate and advanced progressions everyday until Thursday. Thursday I will be going LIVE at 10am EST and doing a workout WITH YOU (follow along style) so tune in and join me before the turkey and gravy!

Today’s workout:

Move 1: 12 reps each leg
Beginner - Reverse Lunge w Knee Raise
Intermediate - Reverse Lunge w Hop
Advanced - Rev Switch Lunge Knee Raise

Move 2: 30 seconds
Beginner - Walk Outs
Intermediate - Walk Out w Shoulder Tap
Advanced- Walk Out w Push Up
.
Move 3: 30 seconds
Beginner- Butt Kicks
Intermediate - Sprint in Place
Advanced - High Knees
.
Move 4: Dips x 15
Beginner- Knees Bent
Intermediate - Legs Out
Advanced - Legs Elevated
.
Move 5: Mountain Climbers
Beginner - Step in and out x 30 sec
Intermediate - Mountain climber x 30
Advanced- Mountain climber x 45-1min
.
Move 6: 20 reps
Beginner- Jumping Jacks
Intermediate - 1/2 Burpee
Advanced - Burpees
.
Repeat this circuit 2-3 time and you’re done for the day!
