福泉堂 - Instagrammers Gourmet

今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った #丹頂 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影用に制作しました。

黒い部分はろうそくの煤で描いてありますが
これがなかなか難しいです。
付けたいとこに付かずに付けたくないところには付いたり
お菓子が焦げたりと結構難しいです。
といっても煤をお菓子に付けるのはいかがなものかということで
最近はこの手法は使わないでしょうし僕も売り物には使いません。

in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
