Being pregnant is not easy, giving birth is HARD, but getting your body back is the hardest part.

I had quite severe ab separation after birth and a weakened pelvic floor, so I have to be very aware of my midline when I move myself and external loads.

These isometric holds have been great for me to rebuild strength and trust in my body again. The isometric holds allows me to control the position and gradually increase intensity and then later add dynamic movements in.

After pregnancy or any other injury It’s important to be patient - your body need time to heal but also needs stimulus to grow strong. Seek expert guidance and get to know your body again.
